Beth and family, I´m so sorry for your loss. I only met Bill a handful of times around Applewood over the years, but his love for his family was always on full display. You all made him so very happy. May his memory be a blessing. Love, Margo, Joe, Hugo and Max

My entire family was touched by Bill Grady's generosity and forward thinking during that one year as principal at U-32, especially my mother, Lois, who worked closely with him. When I went out on a limb doing the graduation speech, he was right there supporting me. None of us in the first graduating class will ever forget that voice or that genuine warmth and acceptance. He was a gem.

When I worked at the KeyBank in Fogelsville, Mr. Grady was undoubtedly the best part of my day. He was the sweetest man, and he put a smile on everyone's face. I was so sad to leave because that meant I wouldn't see his bright, beautiful smile when he would come through the drive-thru. I was so lucky to have known such a great man, and I am so sorry to see that he has passed. May he rest in peace with his wife, and may he look over his family and friends he leaves behind.
