Thinking of you, brother.

The week you left this world, Resurrection flowers began to bloom in our garden. These flowers have bloomed yearly around the day of July 26th. We know those who are of Him are only asleep for a moment.

Scott was smart, funny and driven to constantly improve himself and he was tremendously compassionate. He had a heart for the less fortunate and was a born leader. I miss him a lot.

I miss you Scott. Your loving open heart made you truly gifted to work with emotionally and mentally disturbed people. They were drawn to you. You made their life better while you were here. Hopefully, you planted many seeds that would flourish later in their life.

I love thinking about how happy you and mom and dad are right now - being together. I also love knowing that you know everything now that you didn´t know before, like how much we love you and how we fought for your life. You know it all and see it all. Love you, Scott.

Scott, turns out you are irreplaceable! We all still have a Scott Greene sized hole in our hearts. Life will never be the same.

We have a make-shift memorial for Scott. I found these flowers growing on it this morning. They are Very Gold. Yesterday I posted about God refining us like gold. Thank you Lord!
