I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gretta when I purchased his home from him in Harmony. I never could've thought such a great friendship could have come from this. We spent alot of time talking on the phone while I was traveling across Upstate New York he would ask me where are you today Richie and I would tell him the name of the town I was passing through and he would know where I was and tell me about an antique store that would be nearby. I could listen to him for hours as he would tell...

My husband and I were priviledged to meet Bill a few years ago when he decided to start building with Warren County Habitat for Habitat at age 87. He also was called in from time to time to help decide the value of special items that were donated to our Habitat ReStore. The ReStore came to trust and depend on his expertise. My husband and I both came to really enjoy time spent with this kind and special man. We will miss him.

Rest in Peace Pop Pop. You were always so with it and so easy to talk to. We love you and will miss you dearly. Love Anne, Mark, Eleanor and Evelyn
