Eleanor, please accept our most sincere condolences. I knew Bill as a fellow Rotarian and always held him in the highest esteem as a very friendly and professional person. Simply put, he was a very nice human being and it was a pleasure to have known Bill.

Charlie Hood introduced me to Bill many years ago. I enjoyed serving with Bill in the Triangle Club of Montgomery County. Bill was always generous with his time, knowledge and finances to help the high school students of Montgomery County. He will be missed.

Our deepest condolences to Eleanor, BJ, Marusia, Patrick and all their families at this time. Bill was such an honorable and kind man with a beautiful smile who loved his family. Our hearts are broken at this loss.
