To the Griggs Family
Please accept my deepest Sympathy.Bill and I were colleagues in the Music Department and I was saddened to learn of his death.He was truly a Gentleman and a Scholar.

I'm very sorry to hear about Mr. Griggs passing and pray that the Griggs Family is comforted by their memories. He was an outstanding music director/teacher, always very fair and I remember him gently pushing each one of us a little outside our comfort zones to achieve the best we could musically be. Sending condolences to the family on the passing of Mr. Griggs. He was a terrific music teacher and choral director (I was a student at Millburn Jr. High from 1974-77), and I will always remember him fondly. He helped me gain an even greater appreciation for music of all types!

I have always thought of him as a delightful intellectual man..a great conversationalist and of course a thoughtful family man.
