Not sure what to say?

Laura & family:

I was shocked to learn of Bill's passing. I had been sending him, via email, newsletters from Rotary District 7120 where he was District Governor 1988-1989. I am the newsletter editor. The last few newsletters couldn't be delivered as it said that it was over quota. This evening, doing a search on the internet I learned the sad news of his passing. I will make sure that our District membership is aware of his passing. Always a great friend with a smile. He will be...

Dear Allene, I went on line to find your address so I could tell you and Bill that Dick had died last Jan and sadly, found Bill's obituary. I am so very sorry to hear this . Now, New Harbor has even more special memories for us both. My sincerest sympathy to you..

Bill Grossman was a shining light for so many who knew
him. We are blessed to have him live among us and touch us with his ongoing graciousness.
Allene, may you know how much we love you and feel your sorrow at this time. Marge Ebel

My favorite memories of Rev. Grossman are from DCC. He was the interim pastor and was so supportive of the Senior High mission trip to the Dominican Republic that he helped out at their car wash fundraiser after Church services one Sunday. He also gave me a ride home from a Church meeting one evening when my car wouldn't start and had to be towed. Such a genuinely nice person.

Bill was a true gift to the world. He touched so many lives. We feel blessed to have know him.

Saw this and please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Karen crawford

Bill encouraged me to become so much more than I thought I could be and helped my daughter and I through the most difficult time ion our lives. The world will miss his true and faithful service.

Bill & I were close friends when he was in Jamestown & I in Bemus Point in the 70s. We enjoyed many trips to Watson Homestead during the years Pastors School was held there. We lost touch over the last couple decades but the memories remain. God bless u Bill & his grieving family.

I can't even begin to tell you how dismayed I am about learning of Bill's death. Bill married Ed and I in August of 1986 at the Livonia United Methodist Church. He was a man who will always be remembered for his wonderful smile, compassion, and humanness. Bill was a man one could feel comfortable around and share their deepest secrets without fear of judgment or ridicule. So, Alene, to you and your combined children I send you heartfelt condolences in the loss of your very dear husband,...
