I meant Bill his wife and Steve at Vittles’s Restaurant I was there server and we became friends after his wife passed Bill had made me a huge picture frame from a 50’year old barn and put some horseshoes on it and had Steve come over and take pictures of my horses it was going to be a Christmas present but my favorite horse had broke her leg and had to be put down it was 2 weeks before Christmas so when he gave me the present of my horses I cried so hard it was perfect I love it so much...

I have fond memories of Uncle Bill. He was a generous, hard working, self made man. Comfortable in his own skin, he was one of the few people who never let his success go to his head, or be critical of others. May he rest in well deserved peace.

We used to live across the street from Bill and Eunie and they were great neighbors, I remember ol Bill and Dick Hemsted get into a fuss because Dicks horses got out and were running all over Bills place, oh gosh that got exciting! now they’re both gone To a better place, maybe not chasing horses anymore, lol
