Bill was a jewel! A man of deep faith. A man who loved his family and friends. So caring and kind and serious yet with a fun sense of humor. Such a good role model and teacher.I know Bill enjoyed sports and being active.I was blessed to know Bill both at school and church.

I taught with Bill for several years at Hartley, and he taught my two sons in 5th grade. One of my sons said every kid should have a Mr Gwynn for a teacher because he prepared you for middle school. He was a good man and a good teacher.
