Barb and the sons,
I was so sad to learn that Bill had lost his fight to live. I am so glad I spoke with him recently and told him was a great friend he was to so many. Our years together at PennDOT have given me some great memories of Bill. Barb, you were the sunshine of his life and he just beamed when he spoke of you and those grandchildren.
