Send FlowersHANOVER William W. Hafer, 95, died Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at his home. Graveside service will be 12 p.m. Friday at St. John's Church Cemetery, Abbottstown. Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., Hanover, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hafer used to come down once a week to the office in York where I worked. He was a good attorney and always had a smile for us. When he would leave to go back to Hanover, he would say that he was going back to the Land of Sunshine. He really loved Hanover. I send my sympathy to his family and friends. I know they will miss him.
