To Bill's Family.....We send our deepest condolences in learning of Bill's passing. He was my best friend on Ott Road in Columbia and considered Bill as my big brother(1 yr. older). Our families enjoyed a wonderful closeness, which included Bill, Tal, Jane, and Patsy. And now he belongs to the angels and is in a better place than Ott Road. God Bless you Bill, we'll meet again.
