We were stunned to learn of Billy's passing and most heartily regret that we weren't there in person to pay our respects and express our care, concern and sympathies to you all. Fifteen years ago Judy and I moved into Pen Argyl and met you and Billy when we got involved in the Plainfield Farmers Fair. Time flies so fast. We will always remember and cherish the fun times we shared with Billy at the Fair and the Convention each January. Although we will miss him we will see him again in the future. And I know exactly what he will say to me: Chuck, we need more peppers!
