To Bill's family, my sincerest and heart felt you are experiencing. I knew Bill as a civilian who had the honor of "ride alongs" with he and my saragote son, Howard. He had a manner about him that made me comfortable and safe. I was always glad to be a very small part of his life and I will miss him.
