We have known Dale all of his life. We were neighbors with his parents in Hampton when he was born. We watched him grow up into a good looking young man. We loved him as if he was one of our own. Dale and I were good friends. We were stationed together in Hawaii. He taught me how to surf and our kids use to play together. My family am I will miss him VERY much! Our hearts and prayers go out to his family. God speed...Brother.
