Bill was to all of us a father figure, a favourite uncle, a brother, a friend. To know him was to love him; what a privilege to have done so! Our paths crossed in Wausau, a few times, and in Ottawa and Pretoria. In our memories, he is with us always. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Marian, and with all Bill's loved ones.
