Judge Hall, met years ago what a sense of humor. He married my husband and I outside at our home, he came to our home to marry us and had everyone laughing during the ceremony. Years later saw him again and he remembered our wedding. RIP, you will be missed.

Our prayers are with the family. Judge HALL was a nice man. He is truly going to be missed. R.I.P.

Best wishes to the Hall Family. I've known Bill for over 35 years. He is truly one of a kind and will be missed. He is Mr. Reading!

Da Judge, you will be missed. A fair and knowledgeable man with a terrific sense of humor.
