It was very sad to hear of the loss of Billy Halprin. May he "Rest In Peace" and know that he will be missed by so many!! Having worked with Billy many years ago it´s easy to see why he was loved by so many. He was a very hard worker, fair & honest person to all. My prayers go out to his wife (Jeri), all family members & friends. GOD BLESS THE LIFE OF BILLY!!
