William Robert Haltom

I remember Billy and his mom Terry as she was my grandmother's neighbor and Billy used to frequently visit his mother and I would see his beautiful Corvette in the driveway. He named his daughter Farrah after Farrah the actress from Charlie's Angels. He was good friends with my uncle Ricky Brown growing up. RIP Billy.
