What a great guy and a loss for the Department of Social Services. When I met William, I connected immediately with his kind and gentle spirit. I will miss the calls and emails from him. I pray God is with his family and friends as well as his City of Williamsburg family during this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. I pray for your strength and peace in the days to come. I remember William fondly. We shared many conversations about our families over lunch and during work breaks. He was always a very nice guy and such a gentleman. I will miss him.
