It's hard to believe that it's been a year since Bill's passing. Bill will always be fondly remembered as one of the real good guys!! Rest in peace in God's house.

I am sorry for being so late, but I know you know I have the fondest memories of the time Bill and I spent together on the Board of Appeals. As I said at his funeral service, Bill was one of few that I would have chosen to be my brother, and I will always keep him in my memory. God Bless!

It was with great sorrow I learned of Bill's passing. He has been a wonderful friend and was an outstanding person. His sense of humor brought joy to all who knew him. I will miss him.
