I'm so sorry for Mr and Mrs Hanka. I used to know Billy. We were best friends in 5th grade until he moved. Then he came back and it felt like he never left. He was an amazing person and always lite up a room and was so friendly with everyone. We'll forever remember him.

I knew Billy when he was in the Y.A.C.H.T. program at PIC. He was very friendly, kind and respectful, and I am so sad about his passing. My condolences to his family.
