Love to Doby, young Bill, and the rest of the family on the loss of their loved one. We have lots of fond memories of Bill when we lived in Birmingham. We hope the memories they have of their loved one will help them at this difficult time.

We are so sorry to hear of Bill's death. He was a great friend and Auburn lover. We will miss him. May the Lord grant you all comfort at this time. Art and Mary Mueller

So sorry for your loss Dora and Sympathy to you and family. Lorraine Stewart Holt

My sincere sympathy on the death of Bill Hanks. He will be in my prayers for the repose of his soul. My prayers also go to the grieving family. I didn't know him personally but was impressed by what I read in his obituary. He will be greatly missed, I'm sure. He's now in heaven with the Lord! (former chaplain at John Carroll in the 90s and youth/scout chaplain for the diocese as well.) Fr. Peter Malloy, SDB

My thoughts and prayers are with the Hanks family. Sorry for your loss. May the memories shared fill your hearts with joy during this time of bereavement.
