I can't say enough about my appreciation for Bill Harbor and his service to the State of Iowa. I served one term in the Iowa Legislature from Council Bluffs when Bill was Clerk of the House. He encouraged me to run in 1972, and I can't say enough about his support, as well as his ability in the General Assembly. He was an outstanding representative of the State of Iowa, and of Southwest Iowa.

Dear Harbor family,
We send our love and sympathy in your loss. Over many years we knew Bill as "Uncle Bill", a special uncle of our Fink nephews. We enjoyed times when we had opportunities to visit with Uncle Bill. We appreciated his service to his state and country; his love of Henderson and his love of his family. He was gentleman!
