Eleanor, Sharon and I were saddened to read about Bill. It was so great to encounter him in my new literature group at the company. He was unfailingly helpful, friendly, cooperative, hard working--that is to say, a pleasure to work with. Some of the most satisfying work intervals in my life were alongside Bill.
