Dear Scott, We have just learned the sad news of Bill's death. We had called when en route to Dulles early last July to see if we might stop by to see him; we were concerned when we received no response, but hoped the message had simply failed. Today, contemplating another drive to the DC area, we thought of trying again to contact him, but thought at first of googling him-- to learn that he had died in July. We are deeply saddened at the news. He was a wonderful man, as all the articles...
