WILLIAM C., 68, suddenly, of Cheltenham. Beloved husband of Charlotte (nee Wagner) went home to God on January 29, 2015. He was CEO of Title Law Associates, Editor of Title Management Today, West Law Author, Who's Who in Finance and Business America. Bill was an expert on title insurance law, and was the Editor-in-Chief of a recent book on the subject entitled "Due Diligence in Title Insurance Under-writing".
