I watched him build his model railroad from beginning to finish--it was truly an artistic masterpiece--the man was very talented. Grove of 100 Memorial Trees

We were shocked to hear of your passing today after your funeral. Our hearts are heavy as we remember you welcoming us and our practice into Drexel Hill 38 yrs ago. Your advice and kindness helped us to thrive. You were our mentor and friend. Rest In Peace.

A family doctor for us for over forty years but more importantly a friend as well we were heart broken when he retired, and now more so since his retirement didn´t last long enough

Dr Hart was my doctor for 40 years. He was always so very warm and caring. Always wanted to talk about my job and my children. Helped me thru scary moments and always said if u were my family member I would tell you the same. He truly cared. My thoughts and prayers to his family.

My deepest condolences to the Hart Family for the loss of your loved one, William James, Jr., and pray God gives you comfort, peace and strength during this difficult time.
