Not sure what to say?

Tonight I am remembering that my managing partner's son, David Harvin, told me once that Bill Harvin "was really proud of me." I had always hoped he would be. He was a man of immense importance without self importance, and I treasured his influence. I cannot count or recount the number of good things Bill Harvin did for me, and he never would want credit for having done them. What a great man, and he is remembered still. Diana

An exceptional man who defined greatness. He had a passion for his work and life.
His maximum potential stood on a bedrock of respect for people, a commitment to excellence and a rejection of mediocrity.

May God bless your family and surround you with His love on the loss of such a wonderful man.

Karen Harpold (former BakerBotts employee)

Bill was a great lawyer, but a greater human. It was an honor to have been a colleague at Baker & Botts. His support for my career was not unusual, as he supported and encouraged many.
To all of the Harvins, my appreciation for sharing such a warm, funny and accomplished man.

He was my father (Andy Harvin)'s father and my grandfather, Papa Bill. I love him very much, he is the best grandfather anyone could ever have. He had a big heart and loved to give. I remember, we would always come over and bring him a Carribean Way from Smoothie King, and he loved it. And he'd always ask how we were. When we went to visit him in the hospital we'd walk in and his eyes lit up and I'd say "Hey Papa Bill!" and he'd say "Hey!!!" I loved that. He loved his family, and we loved...

Mr. Harvin was an exceptionally fine, dignified, and kind man.
I will always remember him with admiration and fondness.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you, his family.
