Dear Anne, Kristen, Billy, Paul and family. Please accept our deepest condolences on Bill's passing. We will always remember those times when we were together, at your home on 4th of July, at a football or baseball game or just a casual visit. During those times, Bill's smile, laughter and sense of genuineness were a treasure. We will always remember him as a great man, husband, father, grandfather and friend and we will keep him and all of you in our hearts and prayers. God Speed Bill.

So sorry and sad to learn of Hassys recent death. I can only imagine the challenges you all faced this past year. There are so many wonderful memories of him and our families, raising our children together - Easter Egg hunts, ice skating on the pond, swimming in your pool. His love of life and his contagious laugh are special memories. Holding you all in my heart, Sandy

Dear Anne and family, I just heard about Billy's passing and I am heartbroken for you and your family. You and Billy go a long way back and were such a special couple. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers and I pray the Lord comforts you at this trying time. God bless y'all.

I was fortunate enough to meet Bill and his wonderful family through his son Billbo. I spent many fun road trips with both of these fine gentlemen as well as several other superstars. I don't know that I've ever enjoyed a weekend more in my life. He will be missed but never forgotten. RIP Captain.

In honor of Mr. Hasenfus, tonight I’ll be playing “The Moody Blues.”—Loudly! Fly high!
