Bill was true-blue! I knew Bill as a race volunteer, and a more dedicated volunteer who did his job to perfection you will never find.

Bill was my student at the Andrews Aero Club where he earned his instrument pilot rating. He was an outstanding pilot and an excellent student, always prepared, and passed his FAA flight check with "flying" colors. We became friends, and have kept in touch over many years. Memories of our friendship will live forever.

Bill was a valiant Marine and well known fixture of Upper Marlboro. His love for the Marines was surpassed only by his love for his one son, Zachary.
