To dear Alice and her family,

I was very saddened to hear of Bill's passing, all of the gang from St. Francis just saw him while we were out at Grotto's, he was waiting so patiently for you outside. I did not know him very well but thought alot of him because of his obvious love and caring for you.
May your daughters and grandchildren be helpful to you through this time.
I hope to see you soon.
Love to you, Linda

Rosemarie Branda (Degenhardt)

Poppy has been there for me all my life. I remember those long summer Tuesday afternoons at Cowtown shopping through the loud venders. My cousin, Kira, and I would always go on long rides, just to get out of the house with him. The last ride we went on was the day of his death. He showed us buildings we never knew existed. On that last day, he took us all around town, waving and smiling to everyone in sight. It seemed that everyone in this small quiet town knew him. Everyday spent with him...

Mrs. Haslett, Jennifer, Judy, Janet & Jules,

I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Haslett. He was such a cheerful, nice person. Over the years I would run into him, mostly at IGA, and he always updated me on where all the girls were, who had babies, etc. It was so obvious how much he loved his family.

I am sure your wonderful memories of such a wonderful husband and father will help you get through this difficult time.
