Aw, I was so sorry to hear about Bill's passing! I met him in 1990 when I began my social work career at Tabor. He was a master at juggling the many demands necessary to run such a large child welfare agency: Board, staff, programs, budget, county contracts, etc. I am just sorry that he did not get to enjoy many years of retirement and relaxation, which he deserved.
