Bill was one in a million. We purchased our Viking from him in 1982. He treated every customer like a family member. We moved on to a motor yacht that Viking wasn´t making at the time. We ran into him at a rendezvous some 25 years later. He remembered EVERYTHING about us and my family with his famous warm smile and two handed handshake. Always an icon!
