The beauty of the Windy Hill neighborhood is truly Bill’s legacy. Over 20 years the subdivision road was maintained and paved under Bill’s guidance. He was a friend to all in the neighborhood and we will truly miss him. When I look out on my flowers and the park-like environment that Bill created here over the years I’m so grateful for what he did for the neighborhood as well as for the friendship he offered everyone who lived here. Bill’s work made us feel at home and part of Windy Hill....

To Kathy and family, We're so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. He was a real gentleman. We'll never forget the beautiful landscaping he did to our place, too. What a gift he had! May God bless and comfort you during this time.

A good man taken too early and missed by all. Thank you for your friendship and wisdom.

Billy was always a stand up man, a friend to all, and had a steady attitude and insight to people. I first met Billy at Ferrum College and used to call him “W O”. We had many great times thru the years....with love and respect, we’ll see you again on the other side. God Bless!

To the Healy Family, You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Bennie and our boys had some good times hunting with Billy. He always had the most contagious smile and kind words to say, he will be missed by everyone here on earth. We will all meet you again someday Billy and that smile will be even bigger. RIP dear friend, you left us with so many great memories. The Williams Family
