I bought an 88 Honda, and began to work with Bill. He was a marvelous and trustworthy friend. Good deals may sell cars, but good service sells repeat cars. We still drive Hondas. Thank you, Bill.

Bill was more than a service advisor----he was our friend. As others have said he was the main reason we were at Smail Honda. His smiling face and friendly banter always had us laughing. He was such a great guy . He will be greatly missed. The loss we feel is indescribable. Our world definitely is a sadder place without Bill.

We have been going to Smail Honda for many years and Bill was the main reason. Always smiling and joking and taking the time to care. He will be greatly missed. Such sad and shocking news.
