My mom and I live on Miller Ave. and would often greet Bill and have wonderful chats when he walked by. We miss Bill.

Deeply saddened to read of Bill´s death. At Christmas for over 35 years came the letter from him with all news. I will miss it and knowing that I can never speak with him again. He and Betty were the best friends that my beloved husband Harvey ever had. Our condolences for your loss. Please let me have info re: the Memorial. [email protected]

Hi Kristina, I was so sorry to hear that Bill passed away. Bill was an amazing man, friend, and neighbor. My mom and I would very much like to attend his memorial if we may. My email is [email protected]. My deepest condolences.

Professor William was a great teacher, a mentor and a true friend. My deepest condolences to the family for the loss.

Bill was a great friend and colleague at Golden Gate University. I will miss him terribly. Blessing to his family.

Bill was a brilliant, kind and brave life loving (war) hero of mine....I will miss him greatly. We met 1975 in Economics Department of Chevron.
I would not be surprised if Bill is now plotting economic strategies with his friend Milton Friedman in another world. God bless the soul of this wonderful friend. Catharina.
