Bill was a Great man . I first met him when I started working with the Port Authority in 1983. He and his Buddy Jack Feeley were a great team . They were the Go to Guys at Newark Airport Automotive. Along with their work on company equipment they were always ready with help and advice for the PA employees personal vehicles . Bill was a big part of OLP , K of C council 9199.
