Bill was a true friend, someone you could always count on if you needed him. He loved to make people laugh and his appreciation of animals and all of nature was contagious. He knew birds by their calls and had an affinity with a special red fox. The world has lost a beautiful soul. If you only knew him from a smile and a wave, you were blessed by his Spirit. And, you lost a friend. He was that special.

Sending condolences to Bill's family. I have fond memories of him from high school. He was always a very kind person. May God give you comfort at this time. Fly high Bill.

William was such an amazing friend and he always made us feel at home just like he did with all his furry friends that would come to his porch! We love you and miss you!

I am so sorry for your loss. As a neighbor on Winesap I always enjoyed seeing him working down next to the road and without exception he always smiled and waved. He will be missed.
