Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers to all of you. I fondly remember our Miami days with the "Higgins Boys" at the "Higgins House". Your family was always so kind and generous. Mr. Higgins will always hold a special place in our hearts. He gave so much always. I know he was always so proud of his family.

Mrs. Higgins and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss.
Sue Weber, The Methodist Hospital

BILL ALWAYS PICKED UP THE CHECK

Dear Elaine, Jerry and I send our love, prayers and happy memories of our time in Miami watching Billy and Chris become friends. You were all so kind and welcoming. Our best to you and your boys. Fondly, Maxine and Jerry Byrne

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

Bill, although we were cousins, I always felt that you were more like a brother.

I have so many fond memories of you starting from our childhood right up till now. You are one person that I can nevr forget - and I really don't want to forget.

Friends forever.

Andy Chismar

Bill I love you so, I always will.
I will always remember your smile, your kindness, your friendship.
I will always remember your laugh!
You are, and always will be, my Spagetti Friend.
You were, and always will be, my dear, dear friend.
I love you very much,
your friend Gau

"Amen" to all that Bob said so well (above) about OUR/my (best) friend, Bill..

And, even though I was older than him, he taught me sooo much about Shipping and about Life..

He was and is SPECIAL for me and for sooo many others..

(from force of habit) I gotta ask:
Billy, can you lend me twenty 'til payday?

My condolences to Elaine and family. Bill taught me so much during his time in Miami. Despite being only a few years older he was a mentor to me during my early years in the shipping business. His drive, dedication and work ethic helped shape my goals and development in management. I still to this day tell stories about him to young sales types to use him as an example about how anything is possible if you persevere .
Bill will be missed...his legend will never fade
