I have been working in Iraq all this year. I did not know Bill was sick until this week. I am so sorry! We had a lot of good times at the City of Bham.I could always count on Bill to help whatever the problem. Of all the people I worked with, Bill was the most couragous and knowledgeable about doing his job. Real professionals like Bill are hard to find. We will all miss him. God Bless you and the kids.
