I am so sorry to learn of Billy's passing away. It is great to know that I will see him again one day, and that now he is whole. I hadn't seen billy in years, but I will always remember playing softball, kickball, and tag on airport road. My prayers are with the family. May the Holy spirit comfort you . Kathy Akers Taylor

The short time I knew Billy, he was a good man and loved his family. He also loved Nascar, watching wrestling on TV, and especially enjoyed Mt. Dew. He taught me a lot about life by the way he lived his. He could have easily gave in to his condition and not cared about anything. But instead he was kind hearted and had an inner strength that somehow got him through each day. I will remember him fondly and my thoughts and prayers are going out to his family and Tammy.
