One of the finest men I ever knew. I was proud that Bill accepted me into his family.
Son-in-law, Curtis Watts

I attended the TOAC1 course with Bill in 1961 and knew Bill throughout our years on the Peninsula. He was a good soldier and an amazing athlete for his size. Bill was a family man who was proud of the family and always was quick to recognize their achievements. A devoted husband to Fern who held her in high esteem.

To Fern and all of Bill's Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Bill's passing. I have no doubt that I would not be alive today if it weren't for all the effort Bill put into helping me for many years. He will never be forgotten. Your family is and will be in my prayers daily.
God bless you all,
Dave Baker
