He was very professional and fair to me , although, I may have caused some of his gray hair. I respected him and look back fondly at my time working for him and the BPD. Rest in Peace, Chief. To the Holohan family... I worked with Bill in the NHPD in the 60´s. He was my supervisor while I was a young police officer. He was the epitome of what a policeman should be, providing guidance, support, and criticism when needed. It didn´t surprise me that he went on to bigger and better things in a stellar career.
