Bill will be missed by me and I believe many others. In 1988, I was working in New Hampshire and was offered a job as a utility lawyer in NJ. At that time I had the opportunity to talk to and get advice from Bill about NJ public utility law practice. Once I arrived he continued to be someone I could talk to about utility practice an other matter.
