I just learned of Bill's passing and wish to convey my family's condolances to yours. I met Bill only a couple of times through Char and had a chance to speak with him at my daughter's adoption celebration party. Bill's presence at her party made her feel extra special that day, because she could not figure out why someone she did not know would want to celebrate with her, but felt she must be awesome because Bill came to her party.
