WILLIAM RICHARD HOOVER

Bill was a kind, genuine man who always smiled. I had the pleasure of meeting him with his regular friends from Panera. They would come in 2 days a week. I was saddened to hear about his passing. He will be missed a great deal. I was fortunate to know him. So sorry for your family's loss.

Bill was an Angel on earth!! He always had a smile on his face & a truly funny story to tell!! His stories always made you laugh & made him laugh & then the tears would start to roll ☺ which was so good for the soul!!! No matter how low you were feeling, once you saw Bill, you knew you’d feel better soon. Before he came into our family, he was an amazing son, brother, college student & friend to ‘everyone’. Bill was one of the nicest people that I have ever met. He was so genuine and had such a great sense of humor. A true gem! May he rest in peace!

I will always remember Bill saying "we are going to have to throw a flag on that" He would use that saying as a nice way to point out a situation that was not right. He was " a true friend in Freight" this was another quote he introduced to me.
