Not sure what to say?

Dear Sue
My sincere condolences on the death of your dear husband Bill. All three 0f my sons knew him from the TP&W and admired him so much. When Tim was going to get married, he came over and wallpapered our dining room as a "wedding gift to Tim". We all thought he was a terrific person.
My prayers are with you and your family.

Sue, I'm so very sorry for your loss. Bill was one of the best guys I ever worked with at the TP&W. We always had a great time. I really enjoyed our time together at the Peoria Skeet&Trap Club. It was always nice spending time together with you guys. I will miss him greatly.

Sue and the Hopper families,

My condolences on your loss of Bill. Being a few years younger and also from Ceres, I always looked up to Bill. Sorry we did not keep in closer contact, since we were in OKC at the same time in the late '80s. May god bless all of you as I have always greatly admired the Hopper family.

I am classmate of Bill and Sue, Greenfield class of '60. God Blessings to Sue. Used to race Billy and Gary to the lunchroom everyday. I never did win the race. Bill has.

Dear Sue,It was sad news, indeed, to read of Bill's passing. We have not seen each other in 30 plus years and I lost track of you and Bill some time ago. I really wish I had made a better effort to stay in touch. Your friendship was special as are the memories of the fun it was having you and Bill next door. My wife, Marj, has lots of family in the League City-Santa Fe area and we spent a few weeks there last fall. She also sends her sympathy ... Steve and Jennifer may remember her as...

Dear Sue,
The Gregoire family is devastated by the news of Bill's passing. I can't tell you how much my dad loved Bill and you, but I know you know he did. Dad is heartbroken for you, and I know he will miss Bill terribly. Bill will live on in our thoughts and hearts, and you are in our hearts and prayers as well. Much love to you as always.
Jeffery Gregoire

Sorry for your loss.

I worked with Bill on the TPW back in the 60's,70's & 80's. I have so many memories and high regard for Bill. I was working on the TPW when Bill and his co-hart Dick McAvoy hired out on the TPW. The two of them were a TEAM, as you know. So many great memories! This is why I have to tell you and your family, how I cherish my memories of Bill. Some of my memories were, the pouring of your concrete patio, having games in your basement, working on a switch engine when the news came in that Bill...

Thoughts and prayers are with the family of Bill - I did not know Bill, but wish to honor our troops and Veterans - thank you for your service to our country. Now soar with angels -
