Jeff, Greg and families.......it is with heavy heart I read this. I talked to him a couple weeks ago and he told me then he wasn´t doing good. I worked with his wife Pat at SERS and became good friends (I still miss talking to her). I kept in touch with Bill after Pat passed away, I will miss talking with him. Sending deepest sympathy and prayers to all of you that God will give you peace. Valeria (Val) Higgins.

Very sad to hear of Uncle Bill´s passing. Always enjoyed our conversations on working for the federal government and hoping congress would repeal that windfall elimination from our social security. Bill was my cousin & was a part of my childhood memories. He was a little older than me. I remember how proud I was to tell people he was my cousin when he went off to war in Korea.
