So sorry to hear of Bill's passing! Although I only worked with him for a short time, I could tell that he was a very knowledgeable and practical person who knew what was important, and also the most efficient way to get things done. "Billy" was a great older brother to his little sister, Barbara, with whom I spent a lot of time as a child with the oversight of Grandma Harris and Bena nearby. I recall Billy being sent to "get her home" when Barbara was at my house on more than one occasion.
