I was a teenager (now 76) when Pastor Hower was called to our church at Our Saviour. One or two of my brothers were in the wedding when he married Joyce. I babysat Johana a time or two when they lived in an apartment off Arlington Ave. in Harrisburg. And there were a couple years after he retired that he came back to Our Saviour for a Sunday as a substitute pastor. When he did, he stayed with us. We always enjoyed his company.
